Your privacy is important. Dale's Natural Health's policy is to honour and respect your privacy regarding any information we receive from you across our website, http://dalesnaturalhealth.com, via correspondence, in consultations, through third party laboratory testing and via any other site we may own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service for you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT
Newletters and Email Signups: The information is transferred to appropriate email and contact lists. The information is used to send clients newletters, updates, information about products and services as well as direct individual correspondence about treatments and consultations as appropriate.
Online Appointment Bookings: The information is retained in the booking service website and a paper copy is added to the client's journal. The information is used to receive and prepare for consultations and treatments.
General Enquiries and Email Correspondence: The information is kept in the email service account and if useful a copy is printed to be kept in the client's journal. The information is used to respond to and follow-up email enquries.
One-to-One Free Calls: The recording is kept for training purposes only. Any hand written notes are kept in the client's journal. No electronic notes are taken. The information is used to help the client find the best course of action for their health and well-being.
Private Laboratory Testing: The client is given copies either paper or electronic. Electronic copies are kept in a secure place and are usually not identifiable to a specific person other than with a reference number. Paper copies are kept in the client's journal. If the tests are taken as part of a mentoring program, the results are used to prepare and individual health enhancing protocol for the client.
Information Received during Consultations and Treatments: This is generally only hand written notes which are kept in the client's journal. The information is used to find the most appropriate and best possible health advice and treatment for the client based on the services offered.
Information Received during Webinars and Group Question and Answer Calls: Generally kept as a recording which is shared for educational purposes with all participants and those who missed the call or webinar.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?: Information is retained as long as it is needed to provide the client with care, services and historical information according to the Norwegian Patient Journal Law.
SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES: Information is only shared with third parties with the clients permission for enhancing the client's treatment and care. This can include sending in private laboratory test samples, requesting specific client related advice from specialists such as laboratories, doctors and other specialist health providers. Third party sharing can also be carried out if required by law. Information is, as a rule not shared publicly unless permission has been given by the client, such as in the case of recommendations used for marketing purposes. Our website may link to external sites that are not operated or controlled by us. We have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their practices.
HOW DO WE PROTECT IT?: We maintain high levels of data protection and information security at all times. We protect stored data within commercially acceptable means to prevent theft and loss, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?: You can request a copy of the electronic data we hold on you by sending an email to dale@dalesnaturalhealth.com. You have the right to see information kept in your journal according to the stipulations in the Norwegian Pasient Journal Law.
A client is free to refuse our request for personal information, with the understanding that we may then be unable to provide a complete set of desired services.
